1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nital app ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be exactly 18 years of age or older to use Nital App. The Platform contains user-generated content that is not moderated by humans. By entering the site, you legally confirm that you are an adult. 24 assumes no responsibility if a minor bypasses this restriction by providing false information.

3. User-Generated Content & Conduct

Nital app is a 24-hour anonymous connection platform. You are solely responsible for the photos, text, and data you transmit. While we use automated AI filtering to block highly explicit material, we cannot guarantee a completely filtered environment.

• Uploading illegal, non-consensual, highly explicit, or abusive content is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment, bullying, or spamming other users will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• You agree not to use virtual cameras, emulators, or third-party software to bypass our live-camera restrictions.

4. Ephemeral Data & Privacy

The core concept of Nital app is impermanence. All chat data, photos, and connection histories are permanently deleted from our active servers once the 24-hour timer expires, or when the room is manually closed. We do not keep archives of your conversations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Nital app offers optional Premium features (e.g., Extend Time, Freeze Chat, Country Filters). All payments are final. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Premium features at any time. If your account is banned for violating these terms, you will not receive a refund for any active Premium subscription.

6. Moderation and Bans

We rely on a user-reporting system. If your device or IP address receives multiple reports from different users, our automated system will permanently revoke your access to the Platform. Nital app reserves the right to ban any user at any time, without prior notice or explanation, to protect the community.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nital app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not responsible for the behavior of any stranger you connect with. Under no circumstances shall Nital app or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
